Nuove Energie Srl announces its entry into the investor market, through the issue of a “MiniBond Long Term”which is part of a larger "Pluribond" operation sponsored by Confidi Sviluppo Artigiano, in partnership with the issuer’s advisor, arranger and coordinator Frigiolini & Partners Merchant Srl.
For the creation of the "Sviluppo Artigiano Pluribond", Nuove Energie Srl was selected together with six other leading industrial companies based in Veneto and Lombardy, whose global contribution has led to the creation of an innovative financial instrument with a maximum value equal to € 3 million and a 6 year duration.
